Nagoya Dome is one of most inconvenient stadium for visitors.
You have to transfer several times or walk a lot.

By Train (From Nagoya Station)
Take Chuo Main Line (Shiojiri bound) Get off Ozone station.
15-20 min. walk from Gate 1.

By Subway(From Nagoya Station)
Take Subway Higashiyama line (Fujigaoka bound) and get off at Sakae station. Then transfer once again to Meijo Line (Clock wise) and get off Nagoya Dome mae yada. 2min. walk from gate 1.
